The imperatives and competitive ingredients today, regardless of industry are innovation and agility. Technology tools and services need to be used to accelerate innovation, boost agility, and power the organization’s digital transformation capabilities. These tools become more indispensable as companies strive to transform their business models and operations.

While, Artificial intelligence, the internet of things (IoT), block- chain, machine learning, etc. may be the big buzz words now, but we expect to see the focus shifting from building the technology strategy to calculating the real business impact that these technologies have to offer. While 5G is set to make the cut in a big way, globally, considering its potential to improve processing speeds by more than 10 times, as customer expectations rise, enterprises have to keep pace and incorporate machine learning, AI, etc. to offer a personalized experience beyond just the first impression and make the AI more unique and effective.

We see a dire need to revolutionize the way we do business; business model innovation in this context becomes even more imperative. As technologies grow and are indispensable for our business, for example, bots revolutionize customer service, e-commerce continues to grow at a torrid pace. AI is at the heart of every organization; but preparing the workforce for the long haul, is an aspect that cannot be ignored. The challenge is the mismatch between current skill sets and those needed for the future.

Given the above and many more disruptive developments, what is the future of business in India? Where do we go from here into the 2030 realm? Where is the India story headed? How are businesses in India demonstrating their preparedness around strategy, technology, society, and talent? Hear insightful perspectives from Frost & Sullivan’s thought leader, followed by a panel of cross- industry leadership.
